You can attach a screenshot — it is taken only when you tap, never automatically.
How to report a bug usefully
The more detail, the faster we can help:
- What you were doing when the problem appeared (which screen, which action).
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Whether it repeats — always or only sometimes.
- Phone model and OS version, if you know them.
Feedback or support?
- A bug or an idea — use the feedback window (shake your phone).
- A question about your account, billing or data — better to chat: Profile → Help — there we can answer personally.
Have an idea?
We value suggestions just as much as bug reports — many app improvements started as user ideas. We never share your email.
