Help centre: articles and search
Find answers in the in-app help centre — browse topics or use search.
How to open it
Open Profile → Help. In the help centre you will find:
- Topics — articles grouped by area (account, nutrition, workouts, billing and more);
- popular articles — the most-read answers;
- search — type a keyword into "Search help articles".
Search tips
- Search with short keywords: "limit", "weight", "subscription" — not full sentences.
- Search works in Lithuanian and English — articles are shown in your app language.
- Found nothing? Below the search you will see an offer to message us in chat.
Articles in chat
While chatting with the support team, an agent may send you an article card — tap "View article" to open the full guide right from the conversation.
Could not find an answer?
Message us — you start a chat from the same help screen. See "Chatting with the support team" for how it works.
