Subscribing, free trial and offer codes
Subscribe via the App Store or Google Play; trials and offer codes apply at checkout.
How to subscribe
- Open Profile → Subscription.
- Pick a plan and tap "Subscribe".
- Confirm the purchase in the App Store / Google Play sheet.
- You will see "Activating membership…" — Premium turns on within moments.
Free trial
If a trial offer applies to you, you will see it on the subscription screen (e.g. "Try for free"). The trial is granted by the store — when it ends it converts to a paid subscription automatically, unless you cancel earlier.
Offer codes
Have a discount code? On the subscription screen tap "Redeem offer code" (iOS). On Android the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Good to know
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Common issues
- "Could not complete the purchase" — check your payment method in your App Store / Google Play account and try again.
- "Purchases temporarily unavailable" — the store service is briefly down; try later.
- Paid but Premium did not activate? Wait a minute and tap "Restore purchases" — see the article "Restoring purchases".
