Linked accounts: Apple, Google and Facebook

What it is

You can link several sign-in methods to the same Avitra account: email, Apple, Google and Facebook. Whichever you use — you land in the same account with all your data.

How to link or unlink

• Open Profile → Linked accounts.
• Tap "Link" next to the method you want and confirm in that service.
• To unlink, tap "Unlink" — the app asks you to confirm.

Common issues

• "This account is already linked to another user" — that Apple / Google / Facebook account is tied to a different Avitra account. Unlink it there first or use another account.
• "This is your last sign-in method" — you cannot unlink your only remaining method. First set a password via "Forgot password", then you can unlink the social account.
• Signed in and see an empty account? You most likely signed in with a different method that created a new account. Sign out and sign back in with the method you used before.

Tip

We recommend having at least two sign-in methods — if you lose access to one (e.g. after changing phones), you always have a backup.
