Forgot your password — how to reset it

Resetting your password

• On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password".
• Enter the email address you registered with.
• Follow the instructions in the email and set a new password (at least 8 characters).

If the email does not arrive

• Check your spam folder.
• Make sure you entered the same address you created the account with.
• Wait a few minutes — emails are sometimes delayed.
• If you only ever signed up via Apple, Google or Facebook, your account may not have a password — simply sign in the same way.

Signed in with Apple / Google / Facebook?

In that case the password is managed by that service, not Avitra. If you also want email sign-in, use "Forgot password" with your account email — once a password is set you can sign in either way.

Too many attempts

After several failed attempts, sign-in may be temporarily limited for security. Wait a few minutes and try again — do not retry in rapid succession.
