Connecting Withings: scales and measurements
Connect your Withings scales — weight arrives in Avitra automatically.
How to connect
- Open Profile → Integrations.
- Choose Withings and tap "Connect".
- Sign in to your Withings account and approve access.
Once connected, Withings scale measurements (weight and body composition) appear in Avitra automatically.
How sync works
Data flows along the chain: scales → Withings app / cloud → Avitra. The scales must sync with Withings first — only then does Avitra receive the data.
Common issues: weight not syncing
- Check that the measurement shows in the Withings app — if not, the scales have not synced yet (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth).
- Check the integration status under Profile → Integrations — if it shows an error, disconnect and reconnect.
- Reopen Avitra — sync runs automatically every time the app opens.
- If several family members weigh in, make sure the measurement is assigned to your Withings profile.
Disconnecting
In Integrations, choose Withings and disconnect — new data stops flowing, while measurements already saved stay in your history.
