Workouts
Workout statistics, volume and personal records
Track active days, weekly volume, exercise weight curves and personal records.
Where to find it
In the Workouts tab, open the progress screen. There you will see:
- active days and your best streak — how many days in a row you trained;
- total time and session count this month;
- weekly volume — how many kilograms you lifted per week.
Exercise weight curve and records
- "Exercise weight curve" — pick an exercise and see how the weight you lift has changed.
- "Personal records" — your best results per exercise.
Detailed analysis (per-exercise weight curves, personal records and deeper statistics) is part of the Premium plan — unlock it in the Subscription screen.
Common issues
- "Not enough data yet" — statistics appear after you log a few workouts; record sets with weights so the curves are meaningful.
- Volume looks too low — volume is calculated only from sets marked "Done" with a weight entered.
Tip
Do not over-read one week — watch the monthly trend. Lighter weeks are normal too: recovery is part of the plan.
